Similar cu viteza, sanc\u021biunile sunt gradate \u00een func\u021bie de riscul poten\u021bial pentru siguran\u021ba at\u00e2t a propriilor dumneavoastr\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i a celorlal\u021bi utilizatori ai drumului.<\/p>\n<h2>Distan\u021ba potrivit\u0103<\/h2>\n<h3>Dispozi\u021bii generale<\/h3>\n<p>Pentru a fi \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 pe drum, este indicat s\u0103 p\u0103stra\u021bi distan\u021bele de siguran\u021b\u0103 corecte. Aceste distante sunt deosebite<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Distan\u021be p\u00e2n\u0103 la vehiculele din fa\u021b\u0103 pe aceea\u0219i band\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Distan\u021be laterale fa\u021b\u0103 de vehiculele paralele \u0219i utilizatorii drumului \u00een aceea\u0219i direc\u021bie de deplasare<\/li>\n<li>Distan\u021be laterale fa\u021b\u0103 de vehiculele care se apropie pe drumuri f\u0103r\u0103 separare fizic\u0103 a benzilor (parapet\u0103, band\u0103 verde)<\/li>\n<li>Distan\u021ba lateral\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la marginea drumului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>C\u00e2nd vine vorba de statisticile accidentelor, \u00eens\u0103, distan\u021ba dintre vehiculele care circul\u0103 unul dup\u0103 altul pe aceea\u0219i band\u0103 joac\u0103 de departe cel mai mare rol. \u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, se concentreaz\u0103 autorit\u0103\u021bile pe monitorizarea respect\u0103rii distan\u021belor minime \u00een sensul deplas\u0103rii \u0219i pedepsirea \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rilor.<\/p>\n<p>Conform regulilor de circula\u021bie rutier\u0103, distan\u021ba p\u00e2n\u0103 la un vehicul din fa\u021b\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie \u00een general suficient de mare pentru ca urm\u0103torul vehicul s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi oprit \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103, chiar dac\u0103 vehiculul din fa\u021b\u0103 fr\u00e2neaz\u0103 brusc. Der richtige Abstand kann daher ein Vielfaches der in den Faustregeln angegebenen Ma\u00dfe betragen.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bgi-box info\"><strong>Estima\u021bi distan\u021bele \u00een timp ce conduce\u021bi<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>General<\/strong>: fixeaz\u0103-te pe un punct de pe drum sau la marginea drumului \u0219i num\u0103r\u0103 secundele dintre trecerea vehiculului din fa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i propriul t\u0103u vehicul (aproximativ 1 secund\u0103 \u00een zonele urbane, aproximativ 2-3 secunde \u00een afara zonelor urbane)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Orase interioare<\/strong>: aproximativ 3 lungimi de ma\u0219ini sau 6 lungimi de ma\u0219ini \u00een condi\u021bii de vizibilitate sau vreme slab\u0103<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autostrad\u0103<\/strong>: utiliza\u021bi st\u00e2lpii de ghidare (distan\u021ba de 50 m) pentru a estima \u201ejum\u0103tate de vitezometru\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>\u00cenc\u0103lcarea distan\u021bei<\/h2>\n<p>Situa\u021bia traficului, cu varia\u021biile sale naturale, poate determina reducerea distan\u021bei f\u0103r\u0103 vina \u0219oferului. <strong>O distan\u021b\u0103 prea mic\u0103 nu este \u00eentotdeauna considerat\u0103 o \u00eenc\u0103lcare a distan\u021bei.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Ce constituie o \u00eenc\u0103lcare la distan\u021b\u0103?<\/h3>\n<p>\u00cen decizia sa din 9 iulie 2013, Ref.: 1 RBs 71\/13, Curtea Regional\u0103 Superioar\u0103 Hamm a stabilit dou\u0103 criterii, ambele trebuie \u00eendeplinite pentru a se produce o \u00eenc\u0103lcare la distan\u021b\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Criteriul 1: Durata<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>E\u0219ecul distan\u021bei pentru <strong>durata de cel pu\u021bin 3 secunde<\/strong> sau chiar dac\u0103 distan\u021ba minim\u0103 nu este men\u021binut\u0103 pe o distan\u021b\u0103 de <strong>cel pu\u021bin 140 de metri<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Limita de 140 m se aplic\u0103 indiferent de vitez\u0103: dac\u0103 conduce\u021bi mai repede, v\u0103 asuma\u021bi \u00een mod con\u0219tient un risc mai mare \u0219i, prin urmare, trebuie s\u0103 v\u0103 corecta\u021bi distan\u021ba mai rapid pentru a nu fi penalizat<\/li>\n<li>\u00cen alte cazuri, exist\u0103 a\u0219a-numitul <strong>e\u0219ec instantaneu<\/strong>. Dac\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lcarea este doar pe termen scurt, aceasta nu poate fi pedepsit\u0103.
